Whats happened on top of St Mary's Peak?

Alex and Kevin talked about Tom. I think that Alex was angry about his father because Tom had never noritced that Alex exist and he had never told from him.

Why does Alex think ''Let him see how he likes it'' ? Who is he? What will he like or not?

I think that Alex will play a game or somethink else with his dad because Tom was so unfair to Alex or maybe he will want to see how Tom likes him or if he doesnt like him.

2nd Chapter: Hello Australia

I think that the first 66 hours were very good for him because he had do things which he had never done before.
He was very excited and shocked because Tom wasn't at the airport when Alex arrived and he couldn't see him in the next days.
But he was very happy to got to know about the wife and the children of his father and that he had meet Dani.

1nd chapter -australia conection

My first impression is that Alex missed his father very much because he left him and his mother when he was 2 and a half year old. So it is a good idea that he will go to Australia to know his father better. I cannot imagine, how difficult it will be to know nothing about my father.
But I think it is very hard not to know where do you come from.
